All plans: an 8% platform fee is charged per charge session (price per kWh × kWh delivered). If you cancel and leave chargers on the Platform, that fee rises to 30% until you remove them. We'll suggest adding 8% to your per-kWh tariff so the fee is passed on transparently.
Pricing FAQ
- What about the 8% processing fee?
- An 8% processing fee applies to every charging session. When you set your per-kWh tariff we suggest adding 8% so the fee is passed transparently to the driver — it never lands on you.
- Do you charge a setup fee?
- No setup fees and no hardware fees. You bring (or already own) the chargers. We layer on top via OCPP.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes — cancel any time from the in-app billing portal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to read-only. If chargers remain connected after cancellation, a 30% post-cancellation commission applies to ongoing sessions until you remove them. See our Terms for full detail.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Both. Yearly is billed up front at 10× the monthly rate (so two months free). You can switch interval at any time — the next invoice is prorated.
- Do you support large portfolios?
- Yes. Custom enterprise pricing kicks in beyond ~200 chargers. Book a demo and we'll quote it.
