1. You must not
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading purpose.
- Tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, probe, scan or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Use the platform to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest or extract data other than through documented APIs and within rate limits.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against any person.
- Resell, sublicense or share account access without our written consent.
- Interfere with availability or performance for other users.
2. Charger & site conduct
- Do not damage, vandalise, modify or move chargers, cables or signage.
- Do not use chargers for any vehicle or device they are not designed for.
- Do not block charging bays when not actively charging where idle fees or local rules apply. Idle fees only accrue between 6am and midnight Australia/Sydney.
- Comply with site rules, parking restrictions and electrical-safety notices.
3. Operators & site managers
- Only invite users you are authorised to invite. Remove access promptly when no longer required.
- Set accurate pricing and honour it for sessions in progress.
- Maintain chargers in safe, electrically compliant condition.
- Comply with all consumer, privacy, work health and safety and electricity laws applicable to your sites.
4. Reporting
Report safety, security or abuse concerns to info@tetheredaustralia.com.au. We investigate reports and may share information with law enforcement where appropriate.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove content, suspend features, restrict accounts or terminate access for any breach. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to regulators or law enforcement.
